East Anglia is a region in the east of England with a rich history and a number of inspiring sites to discover. Many of these airfields can still be seen today. Explore the city of Cambridge on the River Cam and walk through its American Cemetery and Memorial. In Duxford you will find another branch of the Imperial War Museum, where you can inquire about the story of aviation in a unique historic airfield. Discover the stories of the thousands of men and women who lived and worked there during WWII. Gaze at some of the most famous aircraft in the world, such as the Spitfire and the Lancaster.
