Murdered Art: Works of Jewish artists

Museum Sjoel Elburg and the Noord-Veluws Museum are working together on an exhibition in the context of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the occupation by Nazi Germany. Both museums bring the work of Jewish artists, who have been killed by persecution and resistance, back into the limelight. A great diversity of artworks is presented by more than twenty Jewish artists, such as Else Berg and Mommie Schwarz, Baruch Laguna, Meijer Bleekrode, Marianne Franken, Abraham Fresco, Felix Hess, Samuel Jessurun de Mesquita, Salomon Garf, Leo Pinkhof, Marinus van Raalte and Rebecca van Gelder.
