10h: Ceremony at the Ox & Bucks monument, in the presence of veterans’s families (Pegasus Bridge Museum)

11h: Main memorial ceremony, including six Legion d’Honneur presentations. Massed Band of the Memorial Pegasus. Access to the museum will be regulated. Four wartime craft moored on bank of canal between 4th – 6th June (Pegasus Bridge Museum)

11h: Memorial Service (Colleville-Montgomery – Montgomery Statue)

18h: Wreath laying ceremony with Piped Bands (Hermanville CWGC Cemetery)

18h15: Welcoming of British veterans, family & friends. Combined UK Police Band (Benouville)

22h: Band of Liberation concert (Benouville)

23h30: Midnight ceremony by Major John Howard’s bust, Major Howard’s recording talking the gliders down’ (Pegasus Bridge)


6 June:

7h26: Lone Piper on the Mulberry harbour at exact time the first British soldier landed on Gold Beach, 250+ British Military Vehicles assembled in tribute on the beach, music from Fiona Harrison & Paul Marsden (Arromanches)
