Spirou, a childhood under the Occupation

On loan from the Centre d'Histoire de la Résistance et de la Déportation (Centre for the History of Resistance and Deportation), the exhibition compares the album's scenario with the history of the Second World War, through a dialogue between historical texts, sketches by Émile Bravo and numerous objects from the collections of the Musée de la Résistance in Limoges.

The endearing character of young Spirou accompanies adults and children in the discovery of the history of the war through a sensitive approach, without obscuring the complexities of the period.
