Hoofdplaat 80 Years of freedom

On the occasion of the fact, that Hoofdplaat was liberated by the Canadians 80 years ago(10-10-1944), the commemorative event will be set up, followed by a liberation celebration. The activities will last for four days (Thursday 10 October - Sunday 13 October). Everyone is welcome.
The overall programme includes many activities:
A special commemorative opening by dignitaries,
exhibition on the liberation of Hoofdplaat,
educational day for the children,
demonstration by the Riding Artillery Corps,
performance Pipes & Drums,
performance Marine Band, etc.
